REACH OUT NOW TO LEARN ABOUT THE SUPPORT GROUPS
BEGINNING IN THE NEW YEAR!
In Pieces to Peace: for Youth Experiencing Family Change
Youth experiencing a significant family change such as divorce, remarriage or custody alterations often benefit from connecting with others who understand what they are going through, and who provide support through a neutral voice. This group is designed to help the participants cope with the potential stressors and wide range of emotions generated by the change in their world. In addition, they will learn important communication skills and self-care strategies as they adjust to a "new normal".

You Can Cope: for Youth in Families Impacted by Addiction
Children in families impacted by addiction often live in secrecy about what's happening. This group is designed to help them combat related embarrassment or shame, and realize it's not their fault. They will learn how to create a support system and how to practice self-care. In addition, they can learn to let go of things they can't control and cope with the challenges they face.
